Alexandria Collecting Food, Clothing with ‘Stuff the DASH Bus’ Drive This Week

Got any canned food or lightly used winter clothing to spare? Alexandria’s “Stuff the DASH Bus” food and clothing drive might be a good place to visit this week, just in time for Thanksgiving.

The Alexandria Transit Company (DASH) is partnering with Volunteer Alexandria to collect non-perishable food items, along with gently used and/or new coats, gloves, hats and scarves for all ages at several locations across Alexandria. The items will donated to needy Alexandria residents.

Collections will take place on the below dates and times, near a Celebration DASH Bus.
