Klingle Valley Trail Closed Thursday for Repairs

‚ÄčKlingle Valley Trail will be temporarily closed Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from the west side of Connecticut Avenue NW to the Porter Street trail entrance for asphalt repairs to the trail, according to the District Department of Transportation (DDOT).

Pedestrian and bicycle traffic will not be allowed onto this portion of the trail, which was damaged by a falling tree during recent storms, DDOT said Tuesday.

DDOT has encouraged trail users to be mindful of the closed areas. Traffic-control signs will be up to route all end user around this one-day closure.
