Metro Columbus Day Operating Schedule

On Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 8, Metro will operate on a Saturday schedule on Metrorail and a Saturday supplemental schedule on Metrobus. MetroAccess, the paratransit service for customers with disabilities, will operate on a regular schedule.

Metrorail: The rail system will open at 5 a.m. and close at 11:30 p.m. Trains will operate at Saturday service intervals (every 12 minutes during daytime hours). Parking at Metro-owned lots and garages is free on the holiday. Off-peak fares will be in effect all day. Take note of weeknight schedule adjustments for planned track work on the Red, Green, Orange, Blue and Silver lines.

Metrobus: Buses will operate on a Saturday supplemental schedule; some post-midnight trips on the Saturday schedule will not operate. Post-midnight trips will not be operating.

MetroAccess: Paratransit service will operate on a regular schedule, but subscription trips will be canceled. Customers with subscription trips wishing to travel on Monday should call to make a reservation.
