Police are searching for the pictured man, who allegedly carjacked a person’s vehicle in Southeast.
The carjacking occurred at approximately 7:50 am on July 16 at the 3900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard SE, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
The suspect forced his way into the vehicle, ordered the driver to exit and then fled the area. Surveillance camera footage captured the suspect driving the carjacked vehicle and boarding a bus, MPD said.
The suspect was unarmed and the vehicle was subsequently recovered, police said.
